Property Prices in Iran
There are many factors that decrease and increase the housing area in Tehran, but there are fairly simple as the more you go north of Tehran houses residing by the Alborz mountain cost a lot more and prices increase dramatically, this shift is also can be done by dividing Tehran into different district whereas Zone 1,2,3 are among the most expensive area in Tehran and as you go south or from district 4 onwards prices tend to decrease compare to the district 1-3.
If you are not familiar with this in Tehran, the more you stay in north my mountain it tends to have less pollution and less traffic but nowadays heavy traffic is part of every Tehrani once they step out of their house whether you are in South , North, East or West there will be traffic waiting for you there. One Advice is that I can suggest is to buy or rent your apartment or house in North West to West part of Tehran as the amount of pollution, lesser traffic, wider roads and also modern design of roads are into system to tackle the ever growing population of people in Tehran.
